Alex vs. Piano Bench

When my oldest son Alex was three, my pediatrician told me that boys will tend to fall head-first. A few weeks after his checkup he did just that! While attempting to jump off the piano bench, he didn’t quite make it and his head hit the corner of the piano requiring a speedy trip to the nearest Nationwide Children’s Urgent Care! The staff was great. They saw he was upset and made sure to help calm him immediately with a Popsicle! Even though he needed a few stitches in his head, he still came away smiling, and thanks to the experts – he barely has a scar more thanĀ 10 years later!
